Audit. Advise.Build.
Three words, in the order the work actually happens. We audit what is already on the ground — disturbed footprint, existing liability, current compliance position. We advise on what the law and the receiving environment require. Then we build the works that answer it.
That sequence is only possible because the accreditations sit in one company. A ZEMA-registered consultancy cannot pour a drain. An NCC contractor cannot sign an EPF assessment. Canopy does both, so the study is written by people who know what it costs to construct, and the works are built by people who know why the clause is there.

Evidence before narrative
Findings are argued from measured data with stated method and location. Where a figure is uncertain, the assessment says so, and says by how much.
- 02
One accountable party
The firm that writes the mitigation is licensed to construct it. Nothing is lost in the handover between consultant and contractor, because there is no handover.
- 03
Compliance as design input
Regulatory conditions belong in the design, not in a management commitment appended afterwards. Containment, drainage and closure are engineered, not promised.

Local knowledge, formally held
Consultation with traditional leadership and affected households is recorded in a register, carried into the assessment, and answerable at review.
